• Process: Reshaping and integrating the complete project management framework of a major Tier 1 including concept and training (Planisware) of employees on all levels up sub-division board level.
• Programs customer OEMs: Program Management, scope, planning, tracking, execution, reporting of portfolio of 100+ projects and programs with various stakeholders and steering commetees.
• Procurement: Lead Program Byuer on all kinds of commodities, sizes, complexities and scopes to a multimillion yearly TO and from identification of new sources to full serial implementation.
• Process: Establishing a PMO structure and organization and procedures set within Global setting NA-EU-AS.
